Kuchla Hua Gosht
Serve: 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Chicken fillets ½ kg
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 5-6
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Podina (Mint leaves) ¼ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ¼ Cup
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup or as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Laung powder (Clove powder) ¼ tsp
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 medium
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

Directions:
-Cut chicken fillets into thin strips and pound them with steak/kitchen hammer.
-In blender,add garlic,ginger,mint leaves,green chilies,fresh coriander,water and blend well.
-In bowl,add chicken strips,blended mixture,salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder, garam masala powder and clove powder,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In wok,add marinated chicken,water and mix well,cover and cook for 5 minutes.
-Add oil,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fried onion and mix well.
-Add lemon juice,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve.

-Oil ¼ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 medium
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

Directions:
-Chicken fillets ko thin strips mein cut karein aur steak/kitchen hammer ki madad sa pound ker lein.
-Blender mein lehsan,adrak,podina,hari mirch,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Bowl mein chicken strips,blended mixture,namak,lal mirch powder,haldee powder,dhania powder, garam masala powder aur laung powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karhai mein marinated chicken aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fried pyaz shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
