Chimichurri Sauce:
4 Cups Parsley
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 TBS Chilli Pepper Flakes
Water
Salt and Peper

Breakfast – Crispy Chicken Tacos:
Corn Tortillas
Chicken
Mexican Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa

Lunch – Steak and Volcano Potatoes:
Rib Eye
Boiled Potatoes
Sour Cream
Butter

Dinner – Salmon, Chimichurri Rice and Vegetable Skewers:
Alaskan Salmon
